Travel consultations are an opportunity for you to allow our team to review your health history, your travel itinerary, and your immunization history to start the conversation about how to travel safely and healthily.
Using only the leading evidence-based travel information only available to CERTIFIED TRAVEL CLINICS, we are able to provide personalized recommendations, advice, and warnings associated with your travel destination. We will ensure you understand the specific risks related to your itinerary and which measures may be required to stay healthy throughout your trip.
Don’t forget! It’s not all about immunizations!
Education related to food and water safety, insect precautions, local preventable diseases, and treatment of illness are all components of the comprehensive travel consultation.

What to expect from the travel consultation process:
Complete the form below
Once the form has been submitted, it will be received by one of the members of our team
Your file will be prioritized according to the order in which it has been received
You will receive a phone call from one of our travel nurses to complete an assessment. They will provide education, recommend vaccinations, advise and prescribe travel prescriptions, and schedule any required follow-up appointments
*Please note that there is a fee associated with all travel consultation appointments. There may be an additional cost associated with vaccinations not covered by OHIP.
We recommend all travel consultation requests be submitted at least 1 month prior to your departure date.
